Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy for consultations and services.

1. Consultation Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur an administrative fee.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed in cases where the service could not be provided due to technical or operational reasons on our end.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original consultation date.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and you will be charged the full consultation fee.
